Kixeye continues to disappoint

I love playing this game. Kixeye however is a terrible company.

I made a fairly sizable in-app purchase on a sale item that got hung up somewhere. My credit card was billed, but I did not receive the purchase in-game.

Most companies would work to resolve the issue. Not Kixeye. Instead I have to chase around with Apple to get a refund and miss my opportunity to get a discount in the game into the bargain.

Kixeye has heard of customer service but really couldnt be bothered.
